Virginia ENT Surgery Center
Central Virginia's Only Dedicated ENT Surgery Center
At Virginia ENT Surgery Center, we offer patient-centered care in a family-friendly atmosphere with streamlined check in and check out processes so that one simple procedure won't hold you up for an entire day.
If you've ever had to utilize the big hospital systems, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the differences our Surgery Center has to offer. We have the same high quality and amenities, including a doctor on call 24/7, but with increased efficiencies and lower costs.
In addition, the Surgery Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC) – one of the most prestigious and highest levels of accreditation for surgery centers. To qualify, rigid standards must be met in emergency equipment, quality control, anesthesia, instrumentation, procedural policy, and patient safety.
Quality care from start to finish is our number one priority. Our experienced preoperative, surgical and postoperative teams, under the leadership of our Clinical Director, Jacki Voltz, RN, focus on each patient as an individual. Our anesthesia care providers (with NAPA), our surgeons and our staff take the time to discuss the needs and concerns of each patient and provide high quality, safe patient care on a consistent basis. This level of concern does not end when you check out. The staff will follow with a phone call the next day to ensure the postoperative course is going smoothly and to answer any questions and/or address any concerns.
